Collection fee is €48 and includes the following full service:

- pallet

- stacking onto the pallet (approx. 20–30 min.)

- wrapping the tile pallet for shipment

- loading the pallet onto a vehicle with a forklift

Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Goods must be collected within 2 weeks; during collection you can view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage charge of €10/day/pallet applies.

The goods will be released to the auction winner or to a third party with written authorisation.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the sale price for cancellations of binding purchases or unpaid bids.
