Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as they are at the time of sale and there is no right to return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within two weeks; while collecting you may view additional products — we have thousands of models in our showroom.

After two weeks a storage charge of €10/day/pallet will apply.

Goods will be released to the auction winner or to an authorised representative.

A cancellation fee for annulment of a binding sale / unpaid auction will be charged: 10% of the purchase price.
