If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on-site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale and are not subject to returns or exchanges.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; while here you may view additional products—our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage charge of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the winning bidder or to an authorised representative with a power of attorney.

We charge a cancellation/damage fee of 10% of the purchase price for cancelling a binding sale or for non-payment of a winning bid
