Terms of Sale

The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction organised on the www.huutokaupat.com website during the period 3 August 2026–23 August 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 23 August 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.


If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bid-increase automaton. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the www.huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply to it. The offer must be submitted no later than 21 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Joensuu office, address: Yliopistokatu 6B, 3rd fl., 80100 Joensuu, or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.


Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.


The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period
