The item is sold by incremental bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 19 August 2026 at 19:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obligated to pay the bid price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property is seized and will be sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Enforcement Code and, where relevant, the general auction terms.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official escrow account. Once the payment is visible on the escrow account, the enforcement officer will make the sales decision, which will be delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price immediately.

Payment period: If necessary, a payment period of up to six weeks from the date of the sales decision may be granted for the outstanding balance. Interest at an annual rate will be charged on the whole purchase price for the payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period. If payment is not made within the granted period, annual default interest will thereafter be charged.

The bid will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 7 August 2026 at 16:15 to the address Utsökningsverket / Brahestad verksamhetsställe, Kummatinkatu 6, 92150 Brahestad or oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the number of the object in the Huutokaupat.com service that the bid concerns.
