Defects and other observations

During the test drive, we made the following observations:


  • At times when pulling away, the car jerks quite strongly - automatic transmission clutch worn? The car has mainly been driven in city traffic. Otherwise the gearbox changes normally.

  • According to the previous owner, it loses power - no exact information on the cause. The car had to be jump-started a couple of times after standing in the yard.

  • Fuel-operated auxiliary heater (Eber) has been deactivated and the fuse removed a couple of years ago - the heater may also have a fault or at least be locked

  • At times there is a clicking sound from the car which points to the auxiliary heater and the climate display flashes - this can be reset with the button in the glovebox and the noise stops too

  • The car asks for service and to service the cornering lights

  • Otherwise the car felt pleasant to drive and all interior buttons work, and the climate control blows cold air

  • Solid service history and tyres

  • Inspection valid until 03/2027

The car may have hidden faults that we did not notice during the test drive and familiarisation. However, we disclose all known information about the cars.
