Katinkulta’s high-quality, stylish and versatile spa offers entertainment for the whole family year-round. The spa has over 20 separate pools, whirlpools, counter-current pools, massaging showers, a fountain and a water slide for children. Outdoors there is a smoke sauna, ice hole, outdoor pool and a hot tub with bubbles. There is also a warm children’s pool with floatation aids and swim mats. Water and air temperature is always +32 °C.

Relax in Katinkulta’s Sauna World. Sauna World has two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a regular sauna and a log sauna located next to the experience showers.

Katinkulta’s championship-level golf course, Nuas, is one of Finland’s most beautiful. There is also a public course at Vuokatti for beginner golfers, the club course Tenetti, and a driving range for practising shots.

The fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, firewood, upkeep and purchases for the apartment and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurances, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

Most of the renovation loan has been repaid. Remaining €152.09 to be assumed by the buyer. The renovation loan is paid as a financing charge for a couple more instalments after which the loan will be repaid. The financing charge this year (2026) is €89.18 and next year (2027) €71.78.

Owning a holiday week means carefree holidays. As an owner you acquire a share in the holiday property. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, bed linen and firewood so you can focus on enjoyment and relaxing.

If you cannot use the week yourself, the week is easy to rent out or you can hand it to a friend — just notify reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer will have the share from week 20/2027 onwards (Sat 15 May 2027 - Sat 22 May 2027).

Check-in at 16:00 and check-out at 12:00.
