Caravan for a seasonal pitch, extra space at the cottage, as an ice-fishing shelter behind a snowmobile, a playhouse for children or a kennel for a dog.

Can of course be repaired or restored.

For sale: a caravan that has been used for rental. Imported from Germany as new in 2010.

FAILED inspection due to fractured chassis rails. See photos and the Traficom attachment.

Before inspection, wheel bearings, brake cables, linkages and the front locker lock with fittings were replaced (old parts are in a box inside).

Dirty and worn inside and on the roof. See photos.

All three burners on the gas hob work; the fridge works on mains and gas.

The Truma heater works on gas but the fan is broken. There is an electric heating element but it has not been tested.

Air conditioning is fitted but its fan is broken too.

The battery charger and battery work. The water pump runs but has not been tested with water.

Likewise the Truma hot-water boiler was not tested.

Interior lights mostly work independently on the 12 V battery.

Interior lights mostly work on 220 V mains without the battery.

Summer tyres on steel wheels, Michelin, but old—possibly from 2005?

Winter tyres are old and missing studs, on rusty steel wheels.

All 12 V running lights work except the front right lower position light.

7‑pin trailer socket, so fog/reverse lights are not available.

Included: one gas bottle, a stool, a supply cable, a crank, two hubcaps, winter tyres with wheels, an A‑frame lock, and one set of keys.
