The item is sold by rising bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 13 July 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 13 July 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the offer has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after acceptance and on the same day, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. Detailed payment information will be provided to the buyer after the offer is accepted.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bid increase. The offer must be submitted no later than 10 July 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at:

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic raise. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 10 July 2026 at 12:00 at the address:
