Item description: A Triumph Thruxton in trade-in that had low mileage with the previous owner. The original instrument cluster comes with the bike. An aftermarket trip computer has been fitted and recorded the kilometres. According to the previous owner the bike has been ridden about 50,000 km, but the instrument cluster reset to zero for some reason and could not be switched back on. Since then the trip computer has been mounted on the handlebar. The bike has been test ridden and operates well in all respects. Suspension/chassis OK and the forks do not leak. Sold at auction because the exact mileage cannot be verified.

The front tyre is very good and the rear tyre shows slight wear. Chains are in good condition!

On a short test/inspection we made the following observations: 


  • Scratches on the end of the right-hand passenger footpeg, suggesting it has likely been laid on its side. The right-hand engine cover has been painted black; the paint has not withstood the heat and has started to blister. No other signs of a fall were observed.

  • Paint has come off the painted front fork shocks.

  • No service book.
