Bids submitted in the online auction are binding.

The item is sold by online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com site. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 28 June 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as bids in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must include the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum bid amount and the huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid applies. Arrangements for submitting a written bid must be made in advance with the enforcement officer, and the bid must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority's Lahti Office (Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti) no later than 23 June 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system.

The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting bids.

Payment terms: After acceptance of the bid, the buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official account.
