Bids placed in the online auction are binding.

The item is sold via an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 28 June 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

If it is not possible to place a purchase bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bid increment. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as to the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum bid amount and the huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. Arrangements for submitting a written offer must be made in advance with the enforcement officer and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority's Lahti office (Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti) no later than 23 June 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system.

The highest bid is the bid the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting bids.

Payment terms: After acceptance of the bid the buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account.
