Terms of Sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

Withdrawal from the purchase

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt-free purchase price, and Holiday Club's registration fee (€40 private / €60 companies). The seller will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by e-mail once the purchase price has been paid. The seller will send the sales contract, a copy of the share certificate transfer entry and proof of transfer tax to the property manager for registration of the share.
