The repossessed item is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer via the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 7 July 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the payment period given. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid placed in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after acceptance and on the same day, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. Detailed payment instructions will be given to the buyer after the bid is accepted.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system.
