Defects and other observations

The Webasto remote does not work; the heater itself functions and can be switched on or scheduled from the dashboard.


Occasionally, after driving a long distance steadily and then gently accelerating to overtake, the car enters a fault state. The fault clears after switching the car off and restarting it. In my driving (20–30 km of road driving) the fault has not occurred.


Winter wheels are in poor condition, paint has flaked off. The windscreen has a couple of stone chips; not noted in the inspection and the windscreen heating works.
