Mitsubishi Lancer, 2007, Oulu

A somewhat rarer Mitsubishi for sale from Oulu. The MOT/inspection is valid until the end of the year. A sensible everyday car for someone.

Body condition: the body is generally tidy, but there are signs of use — small marks on the front and rear bumpers (plastic), and some dents/scratches on the doors. Rust in the rear wheel arch on the driver’s side. I try to go through the body condition on video.

Interior: basically a clean interior, no unusual smells; fabric seats and the rest of the interior are in good shape.

Tyre condition: summer tyres have roughly 3 mm of tread remaining. The studded winter tyres are in excellent condition with about 6–7 mm of tread remaining.

Equipment includes: air conditioning, towbar and engine block heater.

Test drive and other notes: the car felt solid and comfortable to drive. The air conditioning blows cold. Notes: I could not get the radio to switch on and the central locking only works from the driver’s door. One key is broken.

Maintenance: serviced regularly. Photos of the service book are in the listing. Additionally, clutch kit replaced at 238,000 km in 2022 and timing kit with water pump at 268,000 km in 2025. Rear brake calipers and pads replaced late 2025. Wear parts have otherwise been replaced as needed and the car felt mechanically sound on the drive. No extra knocks or similar.

Overall, a sensible everyday car for someone, for example for commuting.
