The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so latent defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must, before making an offer, familiarise themselves with the item, the company’s documents and related records. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been noticed during a prior inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection details via the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles sold may be taxed, untaxed or have outstanding taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms that apply to this auction before making an offer.
