If you cannot use the week yourself, renting the apartment is easy — simply notify the reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer will have use of the share from week 13/2027 (Sat 27 Mar 2026 - Sat 3 Apr 2026).

The buyer will promptly file the transfer tax declaration and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; no tax is due if it amounts to under €10) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions on filing the transfer tax declaration in OmaVero.
