Defects and other observations

Before putting the car up for sale we carried out a test drive and condition assessment and made the following observations:

Reported by the previous owner:
- oil has occasionally needed topping up between services

- power steering leaks (repair recommended)

- ABS tone ring broken, left front

- right front shock absorber leaks (repair recommended)

- radio has a contact issue, works intermittently

- warning lights: parking sensors (not working) and stability control

- rear window wiper does not work

  • The body is in acceptable condition for its age and mileage, though there are items to note.

    >Inside, the driver's seat and A-pillar trim draw attention; otherwise OK

  • Controls work but the radio does not play sound as the previous owner described. Air conditioning works. Note the warning lights for parking sensors and stability control.

  • Power output is as it should be and the car is drivable.
