The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when creating the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the item, the company documents and related papers before placing an offer. The buyer cannot subsequently claim something that could have been noticed during a pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge in full the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
