A relocatable building previously used by a school.

This building can be converted by refurbishment into, for example, an office, workspace, storage, staff facilities, etc.

The building's gross floor area is approximately 385 m² and it is made of nine modular units. By adding external walls it can be divided into several separate buildings. One module measures approximately 3,800 x 12,000 mm, weight 8–13 t. The modules were manufactured in 2004.

The modules are sold on site. The buyer is responsible for dismantling, loading and transport costs.

Loading requires a crane. Parmaco will provide guidance for dismantling. The building must be dismantled by 30 June.

All external structures (stairs, ramp) are included in the sale.

Viewings are possible on site; a showing will be held on Monday 15 June at 09:00.

The building's building services were operational at the time of decommissioning; no guarantee is given for their condition or operation.

The building is sold as seen at the time of sale; the modules may have local storage-related damage.

The buyer has no right of exchange or return. Attached plans are indicative; the seller is not responsible for their accuracy.

The building is not sold for use as a school or daycare facility.
