• BridgeZone area. BridgeZone allows you to use almost the entire cooking surface. When BridgeZone is activated, the left or right cooking zones are combined into one large zone. The combined zones provide more space and greater freedom for cooking. They allow larger pans or multiple smaller pans to be used anywhere on the combined area.

• PowerBoost heating. The PowerBoost function heats a pan extremely efficiently and significantly shortens the waiting time to reach temperature.

• Stop&Go function. Stop&Go lets you pause cooking and resume with the same settings when you continue. You can also use the restore function to return the last used settings within 5 seconds after switching off.

• Timer. The timer can be set for up to 99 minutes. If you know the ideal cooking time for a dish, you can set the timer to switch the hob off automatically after the chosen time. An audible signal indicates when the food is ready.

• StayWarm keeps food at a steady 70 °C until serving time, preserving flavour and temperature.

• SoftMelt is ideal for defrosting. It maintains a steady 42 °C so food thaws evenly without burning.

• Residual heat indicator. For safety, indicators show which cooking zones are still hot. As long as the indicator is on, do not touch the zone. It can, however, be used for defrosting or keeping food warm.
