Bids must be made by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property
The bidder is obliged before making an offer to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that may be assumed to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale
The sale of the property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The date and place for signing the contract will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. The fee for the certifying official will be paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for any transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale
A party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.
