The item will be sold by upward bidding on the www.huutokaupat.com website in an online auction between 29/05/2026 and 12/06/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 13:00 on 12/06/2026 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately on accepting or rejecting the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the auto-increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions apply to it as to the online auction. The offer must be received no later than 12:00 on 10/06/2026 at the Enforcement Authority's Kuopio office, address Tulliportinkatu 35, 70110 Kuopio, or by e‑mail to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

The sales period is 29/05/2026 - 12/06/2026. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires at 13:00 on 12/06/2026 or 3 minutes after the last bid accepted to the auction.
