The item is sold by increment bidding in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 30 June 2026 – 29 July 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 29 July 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the object number on www.huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply. The offer must be submitted no later than 29 July 2026 at 12:00 to the Office of Enforcement, Pori office, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by e‑mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sales period.

The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Office of Enforcement no later than 29 July 2026 at 12:00 at the address Utsökningsverket/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. The bidder must identify themself to submit the bid.

A written bid is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the number of the object in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.
