Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

Offers must be made by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the offer the seller has accepted as highest. Please do not bid unless you intend to purchase the share! The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid the bidder accepts all sales terms when completing the bid. In timeshare sales the purchase agreements are always signed electronically via the Visma service after the auction ends; the seller prepares the agreement and sends the signing link to the highest bidder. Bids are binding and the share must be paid to the bank account shown in the purchase agreement within 3 days of the auction ending.

Withdrawal from the purchase

If the purchase does not take place for reasons attributable to the bidder, the seller has the right to compensation for false bidding and business disruption of at least €280 or 10% of the highest bid. (NOTE! This invoice is enforceable)
