We improved the Premium Hot Tub by adding a step that makes it easier to use, creating the Premium Step In Hot Tub that is simpler for children and older people to step into and out of to cool off. Easy-to-use, versatile Step In step

You might not expect one plastic step to be so useful, but it is. We designed the Step In step to make entering the tub easier. The step naturally helps you get into and out of the tub, but it also works as a seat for a smaller child if their head would otherwise sink below the water. Parents can relax more when the child has their own sized step. In use we have also found the step to act as a handy armrest — the step makes the Premium Step In Hot Tub a convenient place to laze. The Step In solution makes the Premium Step In Hot Tub suitable for all ages and easier for people with reduced mobility to use.

Premium class adds extra space to your tub

At Hyvän Kaupan Paikka we make quality hot tubs, but the Premium series goes a step further thanks to its large size. The Premium range gives you a larger tub and premium-level comfort. In smaller tubs legs can easily tangle in the middle, but an extra 30–40 cm in diameter works wonders! The tub’s water volume does not increase significantly and the Premium Step In Hot Tub is ready for bathing almost as quickly as smaller tubs. A wealth of choices

We apologise in advance for making one part of buying a tub a little tricky. It’s a pleasant problem — there are choices to make so you can tailor the Premium Step In Hot Tub to your taste. You can choose the colour of the plastic bowl from five options. That’s not all — you can also choose the exterior cladding material from three options and pick the cover colour in black or grey. The bowl colour selection draws inspiration from nature, with options such as sea blue or lichen grey. All colour schemes are compatible and work well together.

Insulation for northern conditions

To achieve first-class insulation we wrapped the Premium Step In Hot Tub in proper thermal layers. Under the plastic bowl there is 44 cm of EPS insulation that keeps frost away and the bathing water warm even in colder winter weather. We added generous thermal plastic to the sides so the rim is insulated too. This highly efficient hot tub retains heat so well that a well-covered Premium Step In Hot Tub remains warm the next day. For winter bathing we recommend one firing session before the next day’s bath. Active oxygen tablets added after an evening bath will also freshen the water for the next use. Then just enjoy again — or for the kids, splash about.

Powerful, hot performance

Our efficient marine-grade aluminium Arctic stove brings the water to bathing temperature within a few hours. The 35 kW stove is robust and conducts heat well. The stove is fitted with a beautiful glass door so the wood-fired tub gives a pleasant glow and you do not need to open the door to check the fire.

Our marine-grade aluminium stoves included in the Hyvän Kaupan Paikka hot tub package are made in Finland. The high-power stove tolerates even seawater — it works with both fresh and marine water. Carefully considered material details make the stove a top product. The stove package includes 2 m of flue pipe and a rain cap; if you want extra pipe, a flue guard or a spark guard, check the accessories list.

Remember that chlorine is not recommended with marine-grade aluminium, as chlorine oxidises marine aluminium. We recommend changing the water regularly and using active oxygen tablets (see accessories). Active oxygen treats the water for about 24 hours, after which the water can also be used for watering plants, as it contains no added chemicals and is safer for children. Untreated water can develop a slimy film on the tub rim, but active oxygen prevents this.

Carefree plastic bowl

The uniquely shaped and ergonomically designed bowl of the Premium Step In Hot Tub is rotationally moulded polyethylene by Jaxal. This plastic has memory — it wants to keep the shape it was moulded into. The low-maintenance plastic bowl stands the test of time, which is why we dare to offer a ten-year warranty.

Because the plastic bowl has no moulded seams, dirt cannot collect in specific spots. Remember to keep the bowl surfaces clean when changing the water. This is easy with normal detergents. The most thorough users may occasionally disinfect their bowl, but remember to handle wastewater appropriately.
