I am contacting regarding the vehicle's current technical condition and the next steps. Significant issues have arisen during repair work that prevent the vehicle from being returned to normal use. For background, the vehicle has previously been in an accident. Therefore we cannot be certain whether the vehicle's software or related systems have sustained damage or anomalies that would prevent successful software updates and normal operation.
The front wiring harness has been replaced and all connections have been checked carefully several times. Despite these measures, a software update does not complete, and the vehicle reports multiple errors, meaning it is not roadworthy. The vehicle previously had a faulty wiring harness where power emergency cut-off had been cut and repaired with apicos, which is very concerning.
Below is the installer’s statement of performed actions and findings:

• Charging port and charging port flap replaced, operation found normal

• Entire front wiring harness replaced

• Attempted software update after these works

• Software update does not complete (error code: gtw_w072_updateFailure service fix), vehicle reports multiple faults

• The vehicle cannot be driven, and the parking brake cannot be released from the display

• Multiple data transmission error messages

In addition, the vehicle has the following structural damages and repairs:

• Front-end collision damage, bumper repaired with adhesive

• Both side cameras repaired with adhesive

• Both headlights damaged (one with mounting damage, the other with an internal fault)

• Bumper mounting points modified to fit the bumper in place
