• 🛠️ No inspection: Items have not been condition‑checked. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the listing by the seller. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: Before placing a bid, the bidder must inspect the item and any company documents and papers. The buyer cannot later rely on anything that could have been observed during pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without any warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by email by Huutokaupat.com. Please note each successful bid may have its own pickup fee; if you have multiple purchases you must pay the pickup fee for each. • 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check matters relevant to your purchase decision such as vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankrupt estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the original and the new (lower) price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions before bidding.
