Started as a project for summer evenings. DSG gearbox shudders sometimes when changing gear, at times doesn't respond to the accelerator at all and sometimes changes gear unexpectedly. Fault location unknown. Also the engine warning light is on (unknown if related). Winter tyres are ruined. No service records after 2018 so timing belt and oil change will be due if it is to be used further. On the positive side, aside from the gearbox the car felt good to drive, the parking heater (Webasto) started and it has a year's MOT!


The economical diesel automatic offers 110 hp performance with a very modest 4.0 l/100 km combined consumption, making it ideal for high-mileage drivers. Equipment includes cruise control, speed limiter, manual air conditioning, electric parking brake with Auto Hold, towbar and two sets of wheels and tyres. Especially attractive is the fuel-fired auxiliary heater with remote control, which adds clear comfort on cold mornings.
