The item is sold as it appears and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in the photos are not included unless stated otherwise. The buyer has no right of exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, transfer, packaging and removal of the item and for related costs. Items not collected will revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and any paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done using the auction details; bid with the correct identifiers. New invoices issued afterwards with different details and any extra work will be charged to the buyer. Any unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take from days to weeks depending on parties such as creditors, finance companies etc., and on whether checks under the anti‑money laundering legislation and sanctions screening are carried out on the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
