Seized property will be sold by private sale arranged by the enforcement officer on the online auction site www.huutokaupat.com.

Bidding period ends 12 May 2026 at 16:30 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

If it is not possible to place bids via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 11 May 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Vaasa office, Korsholmanpuistikko 45, 65100 Vaasa, or by e‑mail to erto.vaasa.uo@oikeus.fi.
