• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, as-is. Goods come straight from use or storage. The lot has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot and any company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later refer to a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without any warranty, exchange or right of return from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot may have a separate collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from an insolvency estate; please take this into account when bidding. The items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle qualifications: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include vehicles that are inspected, uninspected or with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the insolvency estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please bear this in mind when purchasing a vehicle from the insolvency estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price if the resale price is lower, as well as any agency and collection costs in full, including interest. Please review the auction and sale terms applicable to this auction before bidding.

• inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no right of exchange or return

• the lot is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for ensuring the listing information is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction ending, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
