A Mercedes R-class directly from regular use. Imported from Germany in 2014. Had two owners in Finland before coming to us.
Appears mechanically and in driving feel to be a functioning car. Drives smoothly and the gearbox shifts nicely.
There are a few small spots of surface rust and some scratches on the body. Some stone chipping on the front/bonnet. See the photos for details. Otherwise, considering its age and mileage the car is in reasonable condition.
Inside there is wear on the driver’s seat. The front passenger seat and rear seats are very tidy. Windscreen intact.

Currently fitted with winter (friction) tyres. Also comes with a second set of winter tyres. No proper summer tyres available. Both sets are on alloy wheels and have roughly 7 mm of tread.

Defects and other observations

  • During a short test drive we made the following observations:

    - The car stood for about a week and then threw an air suspension error code. It disappeared after resetting. The car has stood for a few days since and did not show the code again, but visually the rear on the driver’s side appeared slightly lower. The cause was not investigated further.

    • Rear window wiper broken

    • Parking sensors do not work. Cause not investigated.

    • The fuel-fired auxiliary heater emitted smoke when started. This may be due to lack of use.




      The car has not undergone a special condition check by us and the functionality of all equipment has not been tested. It might have hidden faults which we didn't find during the test drive.
