Technical details & Observed faults:

  • Turbo: There is a fault with the turbo (possibly loose). On start-up the car does not get sufficient boost pressure. The car will run if it is given revs immediately after starting. Similarly, when stopped at traffic lights the revs need to be kept up to prevent stalling.

  • Webasto: Does not work (likely a hole in the filter/screen or a similar technical fault).

  • Emissions system: Reprogrammed (DPF/EGR changes); the buyer is responsible for restoring roadworthiness.

Defects and other observations
