The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, apartment and yard maintenance, purchases and repairs, heating, firewood, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency service, reception and key service, property management and administration, etc.

If you cannot use the cottage yourself, renting it out is easy—just notify the reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer will have the right to use the share from week 19/2026 onwards (Sat 2 May 2026 - Sat 9 May 2026).

Check‑in is at 16:00 and check‑out at 10:00.

Pets allowed (€35 per week).

Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

All shares for sale are my own unless otherwise stated.

Sending of the deed and share certificate by registered post is included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate by insured post costs an additional €20.

There are no arrears on the maintenance fee for the share.

Payment within 1 day of the listing closing.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will provide all documents required for registration to Holiday Club.

The buyer must promptly submit the transfer tax declaration and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; no tax is payable if the amount is under €10) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions on making the transfer tax declaration in the Finnish Tax Administration’s MyTax service.

Photos and information are indicative and some images may show nearby areas and surroundings. The information and prices shown are current and may change according to decisions at the annual general meetings. The general meeting may have authorised the board to collect an extraordinary maintenance fee if required for purchases, repairs or the company’s financial situation.
