Cobalt represents the undisputed top of American premium boat builders. The quality and solidity are evident everywhere: the hull is Kevlar‑reinforced making the boat excellent to drive and very quiet. Wood and stone surfaces are notably thick, and leather is used generously inside. Genuine Gaffrig controls. Easy to handle single‑handed. Top speed approx. 44–46 kn. Normal cruising speed 28–35 kn, with consumption about 1.6–1.9 L/nm/engine based on experience. Most economical cruise speed about 32 kn. Sleeping accommodation for 4–5.

Engines: Volvo Penta x2, total power 640 hp, 450 h. A comprehensive service and inspection has been carried out by an authorised Volvo Penta service: drive shaft bearings, outdrive bellows, belt tensioners, belts etc. have been renewed and both engines aligned. Fuel feed systems renewed. Centres on all four propellers replaced at an authorised service. Engines are externally in very good condition; the port outdrive and propellers were replaced in June 2021.
