• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed and described by the seller for the sale listing. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection: The bidder must inspect the item, the company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without any warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each auction has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. • 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Please always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle status: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and may have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several days to a week. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sale conditions that apply to this auction before placing a bid.

And please note that:

•    inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

•    bids are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

•    the item is sold "as is"; however the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

•    if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the end of the auction, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
