The object is sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 23 April 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid is accepted, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer on the same day to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. More detailed payment information will be provided to the buyer after acceptance of the bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in the automatic bidding system. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 April 2026 at 12:00 in writing to the Enforcement Authority at:

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates.

The property has been seized and it is sold by open sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales prospectus is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the lot.
