We bought this car new in Germany from a Mercedes dealer (Süvegrupp, Kiel) and it is the factory Das Taxi model. Built for taxi use — a stronger chassis and wear‑resistant trim compared with a normal car. I believe the equipment code is F48.

High mileage but also well maintained; Veho carried out a warranty repair when the car was a couple of years old — the engine was on the bench in pieces when I visited Veho Airport taxi service.

Two sets of tyres and an electronic service record

The car was photographed today and has not been polished or otherwise perfumed; the photos show it as it returned from its last shift.


The car is fitted with a Mitax 400 taxi meter, a Splithoff taxi roof sign for Mercedes and a Verifone payment terminal. These can be sold to the buyer for an additional €1,580 (incl. VAT) or removed before handover. The devices are fitted so that no holes remain in the dashboard when removed. It should still be usable as a taxi — suitable for Kela trips and other work as it is Euro 6.
