The item has been described by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Before placing a bid, bidders must inspect the item and any company-related documents and paperwork. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty from the seller, and no right to exchange or refund. Offers are binding.

• 🔕 Items These goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new and may have defects or be incomplete.

• 👉 No right to exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Always check before buying any relevant matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item, and any possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle legality: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other utility connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removing and loading the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the possibly lower sale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions that apply to this auction before placing a bid.
