• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Before deciding to buy, always check all relevant matters such as vehicle taxes, device condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection will be charged €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the new (lower) selling price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest.
