If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority; this will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bid-increment automation. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply. The offer must be received no later than 27 April 2026 at 12:00 by the Enforcement Authority's Turku office, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2-4, 20100 Turku, or by e-mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

If bids cannot be made via the Huutokaupat.com portal, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The written bid will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid via the automated increment system. The written bid must be submitted no later than 27 April 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority, address: Enforcement Authority/realisation, Lasarettsgatan 2-4, 20100 Åbo, or by e-mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the announced payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The property has been seized and will be sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code, as applicable. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the item.

Buyers are advised to examine the sale item, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully before making an offer.

The item can be collected after payment of the purchase price. A transfer certificate will be issued to the buyer on collection. Collection must be arranged separately with Senior Enforcement Inspector Marika Ruotsalainen. An enforcement appeal against the sale or against an act related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks of the sale. Payment terms
The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid has been accepted, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official reserve account on the same day.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with section 4, subsection 1 of the Interest Act, until the purchase price has been paid or a new sale has taken place. The current default interest rate is 9.50%.
