If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid by the automatic bid increaser. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 23 April 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Turku office, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2-4, 20100 Turku, or by e-mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Offers made in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code, as applicable. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are strongly advised to inspect the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully before placing a bid.

The lot can be collected after payment of the purchase price. A certificate of transfer will be issued to the buyer upon collection. Collection must be arranged separately with Senior Enforcement Inspector Reelika Leppinen. Appeals against the sale and actions relating to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks from the date of sale. The appeal instructions are attached to the sale decision.

Payment terms
The person who submitted the highest bid must, immediately after the bid is accepted, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official account on the same day.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer shall pay default interest in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act on the total purchase price until the purchase price is paid or the lot is re-sold. The current default interest rate is 9.50%
