• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold straight from use, in their current condition. Goods come from operation or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. As the item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing: Bidders must inspect the premises, company documents and related papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim on matters that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no seller warranty, exchange or return right for the item. Bids are binding.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before deciding to buy. Always verify any related matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
