This is a bit of an evergreen Avensis. It's been driven around the planet about ten times and with this bomb‑proof engineering it could even go to the Moon.

As the pictures show, the car has heavy 'tuning' — mostly caused by use and carried out in a very hands‑on way. It doesn't, however, prevent the car being used.

Although the car came to us from the Tervola area, Loue marble was not used in the interior and no buckets have been forgotten in the car. The interior does include nearly intact original rubber mats and at least one hair tie. You also get a rival dealership's red parking disc.

Buy this either as a car to drive without having to baby it — the MOT is valid until 11 November 2026 — or convert its sturdy mechanics into, for example, a small work machine that you can sell on to a bigger buyer.

If you collect the car immediately on Tuesday, you can still drive about 385,920 kilometres before the MOT expires, at an average speed of 67 km/h. This corresponds roughly to the distance to the Moon, about 9.6 times around the Earth, or across Finland end to end some 320 times. You will, of course, need to invest in at least one set of summer tyres, as the current ones are very worn. Alloy wheels are included according to the photos, and you may drive on the winter tyres at your own risk for as long as you like.

This little gem is worth coming to see — shout your offer loud enough for the neighbours to hear. Sold as seen with all its faults and quirks.
