1. The property is sold by auction. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject bids. The sale will be decided by the corporate and property committee of the Lapland Welfare Region. 6. Transfer of title and possession Ownership transfers to the buyer when the deed has been signed and the purchase price has been paid in full. Possession transfers at the same time as ownership.

7. Reservation The seller reserves the right to interrupt the auction or to leave the property unsold without liability. A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs caused by advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
