The item is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 14 April 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether to accept or reject the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized item is sold by a private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 14 April 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether the highest bid shall be accepted or rejected.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid is accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid has been accepted and on the same day, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. Detailed payment instructions will be provided to the buyer after the bid is accepted.

The buyer must pay the transfer tax for shares of 1.5% directly to the tax authority and provide the enforcement authority with a receipt, upon which a certificate of transfer of ownership of the shares will be issued.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 10 April 2026 at 12:00 to the address:

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority's office in Turku by 10 April 2026 at 12:00 to the address:

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Before the transfer of ownership of the shares to the buyer, the purchase price must be paid and the buyer must present to the enforcement officer a payment receipt for the transfer tax. The transfer tax is 1.5% of the purchase price.
