The lot is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 14/04/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The seized object is sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 14/04/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid is accepted, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer on the same day to the Enforcement Authority’s official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. Detailed payment instructions will be given to the buyer after the bid is accepted.

The buyer must pay the transfer tax of 1.5% directly to the tax authority and present a receipt of payment to the enforcement authority, against which a certificate of transfer of ownership of the shares will be issued.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The written bid must be submitted no later than 10/04/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at the address:

The written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid refers.

The property has been seized and is being sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, in accordance where applicable with the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Before the transfer of ownership of the shares to the buyer, the purchase price must be paid and the buyer must present to the enforcement officer a receipt of payment of the transfer tax. The transfer tax is 1.5% of the purchase price.
