The item has been described by the seller for the listing; it has not been inspected by a professional, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders must inspect the lot and any relevant documents before making an offer. The buyer may not later rely on any issue that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without a seller's warranty and there is no right to exchange or return. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the collection fee for each. • 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. The items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No right to exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify matters related to the purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection (MOT) details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Removal of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other utilities.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the possibly lower sale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt-collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
