• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current state. Items come directly from use or stock. The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. As there has been no formal inspection, there may be latent defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item: Bidders must inspect the premises and any company documents before bidding. The buyer cannot later rely on facts that could have been discovered during a pre-bid inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: There is no guarantee, exchange or right of return from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, a collection fee applies to each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor is VAT added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items: The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, item condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms before placing a bid.

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or right of return

• the item is sold as is, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid no longer binds the bidder
